This Website is controlled and operated by the ASSOCIAÇÃO BRASILEIRA DE ENERGIA EÓLICA- ABEEÓLICA, a non-profit private entity headquartered at Avenida Paulista, n° 1337, set 51, Bela Vista, City and State of São Paulo, registered at CNPJ n° 08.087.674/0001-87 (“ABEEólica” or “We“).

• “ABEEólica” or “We“: a non-profit institution that congregates and represents the wind energy industry in the country, including companies from the entire production chain;
• “Content“: all news, informative articles, opinion pieces and other publications made by ABEEólica in this Site.                                                                               
• “Data Protection Officer“: a collaborator appointed by ABEEólica who acts as a communication channel between ABEEólica, Users and authorities regarding personal data;
• “Privacy Policy“: document prepared and published by ABEEólica that establishes, in a transparent way, how your personal data are treated. The Privacy Policy can be accessed here;

2. ABOUT ABEEÓLICA AND ITS SITE

We are a non-profit institution that congregates and represents the wind energy industry in Brazil. Our goal, since our foundation in 2002, is to effectively contribute to the development and recognition of wind energy as a clean, renewable, low environmental impact, competitive and strategic source for the composition of the national energy matrix.    

In this sense, this Website (http://abeeolica.org.br/) was developed with the objective of publicizing our activities, events, and general information about the wind energy sector. Thus, here you will know a little about our history, our achievements, our activities, besides having at your disposal a series of news, academic articles, and technical analysis regarding the renewable energy sector. In addition, through this Website, we also provide a communication channel so that you can clarify any eventualities.

In such case, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a similar provision based on the context and other conditions of these Terms of Use.                                                    

Furthermore, the jurisdiction of the state courts at the city of São Paulo, state of São Paulo, is elected as competent to resolve any doubts arising from these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.
